Bangalore, July 13 (ANI): Defending the general budget 2014-15, Parliamentary Affairs Minister M Venkaiah Naidu on Sunday said that the government cannot leave the legacy of debt for the future generation. Naidu said that the government had to take such harsh reforms to correct the populist reforms of the Congress government. Further, he also said that PM Narendra Modi is not the leader of both the houses of Parliament in the reconstituted Parliamentary party but holds the position only in Lok Sabha.
