Patna, Oct 05 (ANI): At a time when Chief Minister Narendra Modi is talking about the Gujarat growth model across the country, the Comptroller and Auditor General has stated in its latest report that every third child in the state is underweight. Speaking over this JD (U) leader Shivanand Tiwari slammed the BJP and said that the CAG report has exposed Modi’s tall claims of development.
