European electronics company Fly Mobile has released a low-cost Android smartphone called F351 into the burgeoning Indian handset market with a price-tag of ₹4,599.

President, Fly Mobile India, Rahul Goel at the launch event said, "The market is inclined towards smartphones more than ever. Amidst myriad high end smartphones taking over the market, the common man is still waiting for an affordable option that can make his life easy. We have designed Fly F351 to fulfill this dream of people. Fly has always manufactured products that bring a change to the lives of people and we will continue to do so to add value to the community."  

The budget F351 sports a 3.5-inch HVGA TFT screen with 320x480p resolution and runs on Android v2.3.6 Gingerbread OS powered by 1200 mAh battery which gives 10 hours of talk time and close to 260 hours on stand-by mode.

Under the hood, Fly F351 packs a 1GHz single-core processor with 256MB RAM and 512MB internal memory which can be further expanded up to 32GB through microSD card. On the camera front, it ships with a 3.0-megapixel main camera and a VGA camera on the front.
