New Delhi, Sep 13 (ANI): Buddhist from 40 countries discussed global peace, climate changes and challenges faced by their faith across the world at a conference in New Delhi that concluded on Thursday. Organised under the aegis of the International Buddhist Confederation, the body that represents the voice of Buddhists around the world, the four-day event witnessed encouraging participation. Ven. Lama Lobzang, President, Asoka Mission said that this body will work towards preserving ancient Buddhists' heritage and monuments not only in India but in entire world. Speaking on the sidelines of the conference, delegates stressed on the importance of Buddhism and urged Buddhists to preserve heritage sites, especially those in India.
