Sirsa, Oct 4 (ANI): Addressing a rally in Sirsa, Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Saturday tried to woo farmers with new reforms for the welfare of farmers and poor. Hooda hit out the BJP and said that the party didn't get votes on their policies as everyone is aware that BJP can never be in favour of poor, farmers and backward classes. He also talked about many reforms Congress is planning to bring for the state after its victory in the state Assembly polls.
