New Delhi, Oct 26 (ANI): Congress leader and former Haryana Chief Minister BS Hooda congratulated the newly formed government of BJP in Haryana after ML Khattar took oath as 10th Chief Minister. Hooda hoped that the new government will maintain the speed of development brought by the Congress government in Haryana. He added that he was not invited to the oath ceremony of Chief Minister ML Khattar.
