Sidharth Malhotra's irresistible charm is sure to draw you to the theatres, but there are a few more reasons why "Brothers" could be a good watch.

Akshay Kumar

One of the gazillion films he delivers every year turns out to be worth the money and time. And, "Brothers" has a vibe so positive about it that it just has to be on your watch list. Plus, he has done all sorts of hardwork for his role and plays an emotionally-overwhelmed boxer in the film.

Sidharth Malhotra

This lad has 'hulked' up -- almost added 10 kilos -- to perfect his Monty Fernandes. Sidharth's done the brooder before, but this one has a touch of mixed martial arts, which means, he's going to get hotter.

Jacqueline Fernandez

Ever since her debut film -- "Aladin" -- the actress has only landed roles that required her to be glamorous. But "Brothers" will see her play a loving mother and wife, and it's sure to be a refreshing role. However, Jacqueline was never convinced she could essay such a different role. It was only after Salman Khan talked her into it that she said yes to the action-drama.

Karan Malhotra

Last time this man sat on the director's chair, he delivered an intense remake of Amitabh Bachchan's "Agneepath" starring Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Rishi Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. It went on to make new records at the box office and showed how remakes should be made. What was best about it was that the lead actor never tried to fit himself in Big B's shoes, which is what worked in the film's favour giving it a new flavour.

Remake of "Warrior"

Tom Hardy and Joel Edgerton's "Warrior" was intense sports drama film that was received with a lot of love worldwide. The director, Karan, has earlier proven himself to have a different take on films and so it will be interesting to see how he shapes this one up.

Slated for a 14 August release, the Dharma Productions feature film also stars Jackie Shroff and Shefali Shah in key roles.
