New Delhi, Nov 08 (ANI): Talking about the Gauhati High Court ruling, Former CBI Director Joginder Singh said that the government should bring immediate stay on the order in order to escape embarrassment in front of visiting foreign delegates. Gauhati High Court passed an order that says that the Central Bureau of Investigation is 'unconstitutional' and does not have powers to investigate crimes. Singh also said that the CBI has no right under the law but the final ruling will be of the Supreme Court which had assigned the agency some major scam cases in the past.
