Vikas Bahl directorial "Queen" has finished its 21-day run at the domestic box office with the ₹50 crore landmark.

The women-oriented coming-of-age film, starring Kangana Ranaut, has been unstoppable at the box office. "Queen" has shown improvement in its collections week by week.

The film had already beaten the third-weekend collection records of both Salman Khan's "Jai Ho" and Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor starrer "Gunday". And now, it has eased past those films' third week total by a big margin.

The collections of the film during the weekdays were in the same range. While on Wednesday it went down slightly, it picked up again on Thursday. "Queen" has not slowed down its pace at domestic box office.

"#Queen [Week 3] Fri 1.40 cr, Sat 2.90 cr, Sun 3.20 cr, Mon 1.15 cr, Tue 1.15 cr, Wed 1.10 cr, Thu 1.20 cr. Grand total: ₹ 51.45 cr nett," trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.

The film remains the first choice of moviegoers at certain circuits. It has fared well from multiplexes, as well as single screens.

Meanwhile, "Bewakoofiyaan", starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sonam Kapoor, had a dismal performance in its second week. The film earned just ₹1.24 crore total in week two, taking its overall total to ₹14.01 crore. The film will be out of theatres in its third week as three films have just released.

"#Bewakoofiyaan Week 2: ₹ 1.24 cr. Grand total: ₹ 14.01 cr nett. India biz," Adarsh tweeted.

While "Queen" has become a surprise hit, "Bewakoofiyaan" turned out to be a disaster at the box office.
