Nithin and Adah Sharma starrer "Heart Attack" has opened better than Manchu family's multi-starrer "Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda" at the collection centers.

"Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda" opened to a slow response despite getting rave reviews. Meanwhile, despite receiving mediocre reviews, romantic flick "Heart Attack", directed by Puri Jagannadh, is leading the market in all zones, including Ceeded.

"We saw the film at Shanti theater and got good response from everywhere. The movie has got tremendous openings be it advance bookings, returning crowds, great footfall everywhere. Even in the overseas the movie is getting a great response. I thank them in spite of the minus degree temperatures, they are driving 40-50 miles to the theaters to watch the film just for the love of Telugu cinema and for me," Jagannadh told India Glitz in an interview.

The film is holding well at the box office, also due Nithin's popularity.

"Heart Attack" first day AP share is ₹2.11 crore. Nizam ₹1.05 crore, Ceeded ₹33 lakh, Vizag ₹16 lakh, East ₹13.8 lakh, West ₹10.5 lakh, Krishna ₹11 lakh, Guntur ₹14 lakh and Nellore ₹8 lakh, according to AndhraBoxOffice.

The pre-release buzz of "Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda" was quite in the favour of the film but it failed to open with a bang. Even on its second day, the film did not show any growth in its income.

The family entertainer, directed by Srivas, features Mohan Babu, Vishnu, Manoj, Varun Sandesh, Tanish, Raveena Tandon, Hansika Motwani and Pranitha Subhash in the lead roles.
