"Kill Dil" has been going steady at the box office, but looks like the theatrical run of Shah Rukh Khan's "Happy New Year" will end this week.

Kill Dil

The business of Ranveer Singh and Parineeti Chopra starrer "Kill Dil" dropped drastically on Monday, but the film managed to hold well on Tuesday. Since then it has been going steady at the box office.

The six days box office collection of "Kill Dil" stands at ₹27.48 crore, according to Bollywood Hungama. The net earnings of the film is decent considering the budget, but due to strong star cast, trade analysts had huge expectations from the film.

The six days breakup of the film is: Friday ₹6.53 crore, Saturday ₹6.35 crore, Sunday ₹7.30 crore, Monday ₹2.80 crore, Tuesday ₹2.45 crore and Wednesday ₹2.05 crore.

"Kill Dil" had one week to do good business in India, but the collection failed to pick during the weekend itself. The film is not expected to do any magic in the second week as Saif Ali Khan's "Happy Ending" is set to release.

Happy New Year

Box office run of Shah Rukh and Deepika Padukone starrer "Happy New Year" has almost come to an end. The film will finish its fourth week run in India on Thursday.

"Happy New Year" collection has declined drastically in the past two weeks. The fourth weekend and weekdays collection is very poor compared to Salman Khan's "Kick".

The film has so far minted ₹203 crore from domestic box office and is likely to end the domestic run with that amount.

With "Happy Ending" releasing this week, the theatrical run of "Happy New Year" will stop completely.
