Aamir Khan's "PK" continues to shine at the Hong Kong box office, while the comedy film "Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2" is going strong in India.

Aamir Khan's film has earned more than HK$ 6.5 million (Rs 6.57 crore) from the Hong Kong box office. "PK", directed by Rajkumar Hirani, had a successful run in India, US box office, UK box office, China box office and now it is continuing to strike gold at the Hong Kong box office.

"And #PK crosses HK$ 6.5 million in Hong Kong. Total till Sunday [25 Oct]: HK$ 6,531,783 [₹ 5.47 cr]. FANTASTIC!" trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.

"PK" was released in two screens in Hong Kong in August and from that two screens the film minted Rs 5.47 crore till 25 October.

Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2

The comedy film minted Rs 2.40 crore on the second Friday, Rs 3.25 crore on Saturday and Rs 3.05 crore on Sunday. The film has taken its 10-day box office collection to Rs 47.95 crore and will soon reach the Rs 50 crore mark.

"Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2" has shattered the records of Ranbir Kapoor's "Roy" and now it is aiming to beat the records of "Badlapur".

Directed by Luv Ranjan, the film features Nushrat Bharucha, Sonnalli Seygall, Ishita Sharma and lead actor Kartik Aryan reprising their roles in the sequel, while Raayo S Bakhirta and Divyendu Sharma have been replaced by two debutantes Sunny Singh and Omkar Kapoor, respectively.
