The upcoming Naruto film "Boruto: Naruto The Movie", which is set to release in Japan on 7 August, is likely to revolve around Bolt, Sarada and Orochimaru.

While it was already revealed that the storyline of next sequel will revolve around new generation of ninjas, their roles were kept under wraps. But several spoilers have indicated that the son of Naruto Manga and Hinata and daughter of Sakura and Sasuke will face challenges with the entry of Konohagakure's legendary Sannin.

The old villain will try out new tricks for immortality. In the last sequel, he tried to use Sasuke's body and this time around he will abduct Bolt and Sarada as a vessel to prolong his life and obtain Uchiha clan's powerful Sharingan, according to Latin Times.

Earlier it was revealed that fans can expect a fight sequence between Manga and the former ninja of Konohagakure village. So it can be assumed that the scene will focus on the protagonist's efforts to save his son.

Meanwhile, creator Masashi Kishimoto teased that it will be the last sequel of the film series. "After the serialization finished, I have spent all of my time used to spend for manga to this movie. Here is the Naruto movie that I have really wanted to make. One last word..., now I can't draw anything more than this...." he said.

Explaining further about the upcoming sequel, he said, "This Boruto movie features all new characters, starting everything from zero. It means, it still exists only in my head, who is the original creator. For the first time in this 11th Naruto movie, I wrote the screenplay all by myself, provided the ideas for character designs, refined them till I was satisfied, then discussed more with the staff seeking perfection."
