"Kahaani" Releases

Actress Vidya Balan's latest thriller "Kahaani" releases Friday. The female-centric film was received well by film critics.

Reuters' movie review had this to say about the thriller directed by Sujoy Ghosh: "It does tick one crucial box though - it's a well-made film, with some great characters and powerful acting."

While, Bollywoodhungama's Taran Adarsh and Rediff.com rated it at four out of five.

YSR's Untitled Film Gets a New Name

One of the most-awaited upcoming films from the house of Yash Raj Films finally gets a name: "London Ishq."

Earlier, the upcoming romantic film created a lot of buzz in the media about its possible names.

In the film, Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif play the lead.

John Abraham Sent to Jail

A sessions court in Mumbai has rejected actor John Abraham's plea, challenging his imprisonment for 15 days given to him by a lower court in a 2006 rash driving case, and sent the 39-year-old to judicial custody for 15 days. 

Earlier, the metropolitan magistrate's court in Bandra had convicted the actor on Oct. 14, 2010, for 15 days' simple imprisonment for the same. However, he was granted bail the same day.

Madhuri Dixit

Actress Madhuri Dixit-Nene unveiled her wax statue at Madame Tussauds Museum in London.

Madhuri is the sixth Bollywood celebrity to be honoured at Madame Tussauds.

"I am thrilled to be here in Madame Tussauds unveiling a wax figure of myself. It's incredible just how detailed the figure is - they have captured my look beautifully! I feel very humbled to be included alongside other Bollywood stars and some of my personal heroes," said the excited Madhuri.

The figure took four months to make at a cost of £150,000.
