Fresh reports about Bobbi Kristina Brown's death have emerged and boyfriend Nick Gordon has furnished details of the night. Gordon's legal team responded to a $10 million civil law suit filed by Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown.

Nick Gordon's legal team has stated that the couple went out and fought on the night of the incident. However, Gordon's lawyers further stated that he denies other allegations.

The statement from Gordon's lawyers reads, "Defendant admits that the parties went out on the night in question, that he reviewed video footage and then had an argument with Ms. Brown and that he then changed clothes."

"Defendant denies the remaining allegations....Defendant admits that he tried to "wake up" Ms. Brown and attempted to get her to react and that he performed CPR on her," according to In Touch Weekly.

Following Bobbi Kristina's death, Gordon was slapped with a number of allegations regarding his involvement in his late partner's death. He was accused of giving her a "toxic cocktail," and placing her in a tub of cold water, staging it to be a case of drowning.

Gordon's lawyers filed a motion to dissolve the lawsuit against him, citing "several false and frivolous claims," reported Inquisitr.

Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unconscious in her bathtub on 31 January, 2015. The singer was in a comatose state and died in hospice care on 26 July, nearly six months after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Georgia home.

So far, a date hasn't been set for the trial.
