New Delhi, Oct 20 (ANI): Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit on Monday said that the BJP has won in Maharashtra and Haryana due to extensive campaigning. He added that there was no anti-incumbency in both the states. Dikshit also blamed the NCP for breaking alliance with Congress.
