Rohtak, Oct 08 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing a rally in Haryana's Rohtak on Wednesday said that the Congress made Haryana a state of scams, the BJP will transform it to skill Haryana. He asked the people of the state to elect a BJP government with clear majority for the development of the state.
