Hisar, Oct 8 (ANI): Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Wednesday while addressing a rally in Hisar district said that the policies of BJP can never be favorable for the poor, farmers and backward classes. Slamming BJP on its weak border policies Hooda said that BJP claimed of solving all the border issues after forming the government but failed to do so after coming to power.
