New Delhi, Feb 12 (ANI): The BJP on Wednesday dismissed the rail budget presented by Union Railway Minister Mallikarjun Kharge. BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain said that his party will bring an effective budget under the leadership of their prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi in near future.
