Ranchi, Dec 4 (ANI): BJP Chief Amit Shah alleged that the opposition, Congress party has looted Jharkhand and never allowed a stable government in the state. Shah was addressing a rally in Bermo town in the Bokaro district of the state on Thursday. The first phase of polling was held on Tuesday (November 25). The five-phased polls in the state will end on December 20 and counting of votes will take place on December 23. Shah attacked the Congress party alleging it was responsible for the backwardness of the state. Shah said it was time to vote for change and good governance.
