Kanpur, Varanasi, Jan 12 (ANI): A spell of intense cold wave condition continued in northern India on Sunday, affecting daily lives of people and disrupting air and rail traffic. A blanket of thick fog enveloped Uttar Pradesh, and mercury dipped several notches further.
