Nathaniel Buzolic, who is best known as Kol in "The Vampire Diaries" and later "The Originals", will soon make a comeback to The CW; but this time he will be less vindictive and more comedic.

In the new comedy series, "Significant Mother", the Australian actor will play the extremely good-looking Jimmy, who is getting physical with his best friend Nate's (Josh Zukerman) mother (Krista Allen). The series, which premiered on Monday, 3 August, could very well have been a birthday present for Buzolic who turns 31 on Tuesday, 4 August.

"Significant Mother" has received quite good responses, with many viewers appreciating The CW for making a series with an older woman who owns her sexuality as the central character.

Buzolic, who has been posting shirtless selfies on his instagram to promote the new show, claims to be a very shy guy – despite the rocking body.

Buzolic is also set to make a comeback on "The Originals" in Season 3 – although Daniel Sharman had played the character predominantly in the last season. He will be returning in the flashbacks alone and so unfortunately we may not be able to see him with Davina (Danielle Campbell). It still would be great to see him as Kol though.
