Nalanda, Oct 15 (ANI): An Islamic religious school - madarsa - in Bihar has banned admission for girls as there is no separate sitting arrangement for them in the campus. Madarsa Azizia in Bihar Sharif, district headquarters of Nalanda district, has issued a diktat that girls will not be enrolled and those already enrolled will not be allowed into the premises. He further added the decision has been taken in the wake of social evils prevailing in the society. Madarsa Azizia is run by Soghra Wakf Estate Committee. It is one of the hundreds of Madarsas affiliated by the state government and its students get free bicycles, uniforms, books and other schemes.
