Three people, including a woman and a policeman were killed in a bomb blast which took place in a civil court in western Bihar's Arrah city on Friday morning.
According to the police, a woman was carrying the bomb and died when it went off, reports NDTV.
Fourteen people were also injured in the explosion.
The injured were rushed to the local civil hospital for treatment.
Security in the court premises was beefed up following the blast.
The entire nation is on a security alert ahead of US President Barack Obama's visit starting Sunday.
