Even as controversial TV reality show "Bigg Boss" is all set to entertain viewers with its ninth season, details regarding the contestants and the theme of the show are yet to be announced.
Recently, IBTimes India conducted a poll, asking viewers which of the popular TV actresses they would want to see in "Bigg Boss 9". According to the poll result, close to 40 percent of the voters want Divyanka Tripathi, popularly known as Ishita of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein", to participate in the new season of the reality show.
Besides Divyanka, 21.05 percent voters want Radhika Madan aka Ishaani of "Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi" to be a part of the new season of "Bigg Boss". Around 11.4 percent voted for their favourite actress Sriti Jha aka Pragya of "Kumkum Bhagya".
Anita Hassanandani from "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein", Hina Khan of "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai", Smriti Khanna of "Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi " and "Sasural Simar Ka" actress Dipika Kakar received 10.53 percent, 7.54 percent, 5.6 percent and 4.04 percent votes, respectively.
If Divyanka participates in "Bigg Boss9", it would surely be a visual treat for her fans, who want to watch the well-mannered and protective Bahu on-screen perform tasks and entertain viewers inside the mad house.
Meanwhile, the promo of "Bigg Boss 9" featuring host Salman has been creating a lot of buzz. The show is likely to start from 11 October, soon after "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded" wraps up.
However, the latest buzz is that the most-watched TV reality show will not be aired during a prime-time slot. Apparently, this time, the show will be telecasted at 10.30pm instead of its usual time of 9pm.
