"Better Call Saul" season 2 is likely to revolve around the transformation of Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk) from an ordinary criminal lawyer to Saul Goodman when the show will be back on AMC in 2016.
As fans watch the protagonist prepare himself to be a crooked lawyer in the upcoming sequel, they may also miss chemistry teacher Walter White, played by Bryan Cranston.
Several speculations suggest that the creators of "Breaking Bad" spin-off, Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould, would like to include him at least in a cameo role. But the actor will not be a part of the new season, according to Christian Today.
Meanwhile, actor Jonathan Banks, who portrays police officer turned private eye Michael Ehrmantraut aka Mike, teased that viewers will get to watch a set of familiar faces from "Breaking Bad" in "Better Call Saul" season 2.
"You're going to see a few characters pop up for sure. I honestly don't know how many, but I know you're going to get another one soon. Some of them are just off-the-wall characters, where you go, 'Oh God! I remember him!" the celeb told Zap2it.
So there is a buzz that the many of the criminals who were linked to White, as part of drug rain, might appear in the AMC spin-off series and seek McGill's help.
But fans will have to wait until the premiere to know more about the show, which is expected to be telecast by the first quarter of 2016.
