New Delhi, Nov 09 (ANI): Finance Minister Arun Jaitley while speaking at the India Global Forum on Sunday said that the first priority of the defence ministry is to maintain best relations with the neighbours. He added that India needs peace across borders and hence meaningful dialogue with the neighbouring is essential. He further stated that violations of ceasefire agreement, however, hamper the environment for meaningful dialogues.
