Visakhapatnam, June 11 (ANI): The blistering summer sun continues to sizzle life in south compelling families to rush to beaches to beat the heat and enjoy the coolness of the sea waves. The delay and the sluggish pace of the monsoons ensures no respite from the heat for most parts of the country for some time to come. As mercury points northwards in Andhra Pradesh, the intense heat leaves people sick and residents now flock towards the beach for a respite from the discomfort and to enjoy the cold waves splashing on the shore. A doctor, Sunita Sen, visiting the beach in Vishakhapatnam offered some sound advice to remain healthy this season. May and June are usually the hottest months of the year in India with temperatures often in the range of 42 to 47 degrees Celsius at many places.
