Bangalore, Nov 21 (ANI): Bangalore Police Commissioner Raghavendra Auradkar on Thursday announced new guidelines fro the ATMs in order to beef up the security system of the same. Auradkar said that these guidelines are to be adhered by all the banks till 24th November, or else the transactions from the banks will not be allowed. He said that this is not a circular but an order under section 144.
