A mysterious prototype of Bajaj's Adventure Sport motorcycle has been spied undergoing testing, wearing full camouflage. Considering that this test mule doesn't look as Bajaj's Pulsar 200AS which is also in its regular test rounds in the country, the good chaps at Motoroids - who managed to snap the test mule in Pune - believe this could be wearing a 150 AS badge.

The test mule was said to be mechanically different from the Pulsar 200AS and spied without liquid cool engine. Auto lovers in the country know that Pulsar 200AS is currently being tested with 199.5cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine of 200NS.

From the images, it appears Pulsar 150AS may have different sari guard, smaller tyre and swingarm. Going by the words of original publisher of spy shots, the Pulsar 150AS could get a 149.5cc single cylinder air cooled engine which is also seen in Pulsar 150NS at Turkish Motor Show. The engine has the capacity to churn out 17 ps of power at 9000 rpm and 13 Nm of maximum torque at 7500 rpm.

If reports hold true, Pulsar 150AS could also be part of Bajaj's 2015 line-up for India. Bajaj is expected to launch six new products in the country this year and the list is likely to include models like Pulsar 200AS, Pulsar 150NS and Pulsar CS400.
