Pune-based two-wheeler giant Bajaj just pulled the wraps off new Pulsar Adventure Sport Bikes, Pulsar AS 150 and Pulsar AS 200,  with a price tag pegged at ₹79,000 and ₹91,550 respectively (ex-showrooms Delhi).

If emerging reports on the internet hold true, Bajaj dealers have started accepting bookings for Pulsar 200AS Adventure Sport in India, ahead of its launch on 14 April.

A Rushlane report claimed that Pulsar 200AS is available for booking in the country with a down payment ranging from ₹2,000-5,000 at Bajaj's dealers with the deliveries expected to start from this week itself, immediately after the launch of the model. Bajaj will be announcing the launch of its new Pulsar adventure Sport range on 14 April (Tuesday), in Delhi.

A lot has been written about the soon-to-be-launched Pulsar 200AS. Caught on camera several times, with the latest in its undisguised avatar, Pulsar 200 AS is expected to get a price tag of around ₹1 lakh.

For oily bits, Bajaj Pulsar 200AS is expected to get power from the same 199.5cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which can churn out 23bhp of power and 18.3Nm of peak torque, coupled to six-speed transmission. Pulsar 200 AS, a semi-faired version of 200 NS is expected to get features like alloy wheels, projector headlight and bigger windshield and from what we hear, the model will miss out on ABS and fuel injection.

If rumours have their say, 14 April will also be seeing the launch of a smaller sibling of Pulsar 200NS supposedly called Pulsar 150NS. Powered by 149.5cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that can pump out a power of 16.3bhp of power at 9,000rpm and a peak torque of 13Nm at 7,500rpm, Pulsar 150NS will come paired to a 5-speed gearbox.
