SS Rajamouli's Baahubali 2 (Bahubali: The Conclusion) is set to beat the records of Aamir Khan's PK and Salman Khan's Sultan to become the biggest Indian film release around the world.

The huge success of Baahubali: The Beginning has generated huge buzz for its sequel Baahubali 2. The curiosity over "Why Kattappa killed Baahubali?" fueled its hype further. The makers have already signed deals on its theatrical for various areas around the world. The distributors, who have shelled out Rs 350 crore on its rights, have made grand arrangements for its release to cater to the massive demand.

Baahubali 2 will hit the screens in four languages - Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam on April 28. As per the reports, the movie will be released in over 1000 cinema halls in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and 1,500 screens in other southern states like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and 3,500 screens in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Kolkata and other parts of North India. The film will grace a total of 5,000 screens in India.

The Prabhas and Rana Daggubati-starrer will release in 800 screens in North America 50 screens in Australia, 35 screens in UK, 15 screens in Switzerland, 10 screens in New Zealand and nearly 600 screens in UAE, Malaysia, Singapore and few other foreign countries. The movie will grace over 1,500 screens in 40 international markets. It will also be released in China, Japan and few other countries on later dates.

Baahubali 2 will be released in total of 6,500 cinema halls around the world this Friday. However, Aamir Khan's PK and Salman Khan's Sultan graced in 6,000 and 5,200 screens, respectively across the globe and they were the biggest Indian releases. Now, the SS Rajamouli-directed epic historical fiction film is gearing up to shatter this record this Friday and top the chart.

The distributors of Baahubali 2 have invested record amount of money on its theatrical rights and they have come up some strategies to recover the money. They have increased ticket price in some locations, where the film has huge demand. In addition, the film will have 5 to 6 shows in several centres. The movie is sure to get a record breaking opening.
