SS Rajamouli's Baahubali 2 continued to dominate the Chennai box office in its sixth consecutive weekend. In spite of new releases in the last couple of weeks, the Prabhas and Rana Daggubati-starrer has remained an undisputed leader at the collection centres.

By the end of its sixth weekend, the gross collection of Baahubali 2 stands at Rs 17.38 crore, reports Behindwoods. In the latest weekend, the Tamil flick has raked in Rs 30.36 lakh from 144 shows. The distributors are hoping to touch the Rs 20-crore mark in its lifetime in Chennai.

Sangili Bungili Kadhava Thorae is in the second place in Chennai by collecting Rs 27.57 lakh from 111 shows. The total collection of the Jiiva-starrer is above Rs 2 crore.

Hollywood movie Wonder Woman is also off to a good start at the Chennai box office. In its first weekend, it has earned Rs 25.81 lakh from 78 shows. Surprisingly, Priyanka Chopra's Baywatch, which was expected to garner a solid opening, has ended up doing average business. It has raked in Rs 24.09 lakh from 84 shows.

Samuthirakani's Thodan made a decent collection in its second weekend in Chennai by raking in Rs 21.98 lakh to take its 10-day total tally to Rs 83.22 lakh and new movie Bongu collected Rs 16.12 lakh from 99 shows.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar's Revenge entered its second weekend by raking in Rs 13.70 lakh from 72 shows. The total collection of the movie stands at Rs 84.51 lakh.

Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar's biopic Sachin A Billion Dreams raked in over Rs 7 lakh to take its total tally to Rs 57.82 lakh.

Oru Kidayin Karunai Manu has collected Rs 5.47 lakh from 45 shows and Brindhavanam in its second weekend raked in Rs 2.13 lakh to take its total tally to Rs 38.55 lakh.
