NEW DELHI -- Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) launched its "new kind of two-wheeler" Navi with a price tag of Rs 39,500 (ex-showroom Delhi).
With Navi, Honda's hopes to create a new segment in the Indian two wheeler market. Honda Navi, the new kind of two wheeler which targets the Indian youth, will be offered in five colour options -- Red, green, white, orange and black. Honda has also launched "Navi" mobile booking application, which can be downloaded from Google Play store. The bookings for Navi are open across the country 3 February onwards. Honda will begin the delivery of the new Navi from April, 2016.
Honda Navi draws power from 109cc 4-stroke, SI engine, which can churn out 7.83bhp of power @ 7,000rpm and 8.96Nm of peak torque at 5,500Nm. The Navi measures 1805mm in length, 748mm in width, 1039mmin height and has a wheelbase of 1286mm. It has a kerb weight of 101kg and gets a fuel tank of 3.8 litres. The Navi gets telescopic suspension in the front and hydraulic at the rear.
