Parents of twin babies are often asked questions like "Are they twins?" and "Are they girls?", which can be very annoying at times.
Australia's Annie Nolan, who is a mother of twin 2-year-old girls, has come up with interesting and hilarious answers to counter the silly questions about her babies.
Nolan has answered 12 frequently asked questions with the photo of her daughters Delphia and Cheska, which went viral on Facebook within hours.
"I REALLY wanted to leave these signs on the pram today. As a twin mum, you get asked a series of questions/hear a series of statements EVERYTIME you go out. I know most people are coming from a great place and are just curious however many can be quite intrusive and after a while it's just plain exhausting. And since I was heading into the city, I knew the questions would be coming thick and fast... but I chickened out on the train and took them off! P.S- it is a joke people," Nolan posted on her Facebook handle.
Following are the hilarious answers written by Nolan:
Yes, they are mine.
Yes, they are twins
Yes, both girls
No, not identical
Yes, I know they look alike though
Yes, I'm sure they aren't identical
Conceived by f**ing
Born via C-section
You have twins in your family? "Great"
They don't run in my family ... until now
Yes, my hands are full (sometimes with 2 glasses of wine just to get through)
Yes, triplets would be harder
Despite receiving threats and hate mails, the mother of two and the twins have become an Internet sensation, with more than 8,000 social media users sharing the photo of the babies and the Facebook handle, Uncanny Annie, getting more than 6,697 followers.
"The only thing I know about being viral is that antibiotics aren't going to help... So, this viral mumma is self prescribing an Internet free day," the Australian blogger posted on Facebook after her post went viral.
Nolan, 26, wife of footballer Liam Picken, also has a four-year-old son, Malachy.
