Asha Negi to make a comeback as vampire in new TV show?

Asha Negi, who is one of the popular faces of the television industry, is likely to return to the small screen after a gap of almost five years.

Asha has apparently been approached to play the female lead in the revamped version of Super Cops Vs Super Villains. It will be a finite series that will narrate a horror love story between a werewolf and a vampire. Asha is expected to play the role of a vampire and start the shooting for the show on Sunday, November 13.

"Asha was looking for something new to do. Hence, when she got approached to play a vampire in a horror love story that too a finite series, it caught her interest. Things are almost finalised and she will start shooting by Sunday," a source told Tellychakkar.com.

The actress had been part of several popular soaps, such as Pavitra Rishta, Ek Mutthi Aasmaan and Bade Acche Lagte Hain. If the new show does take off with her as a cast member, then it will surely excite the actress' fans who would love to see her on screen once again.

In her personal life, Asha has been in a relationship with her Pavitra Rishta co-star Rithvik Dhanjani for quite some time now, and the couple is planning to get engaged in 2017.

Rithvik recently made headlines when he bagged the lead role in a new web series. The yet-to-be titled web series would be set in the backdrop of a big fat Indian wedding. It is a comedy show that would revolve around a crazy bachelors' trip gone horribly wrong.
