New Delhi, Oct 16 (ANI): US based economist Arvind Subramanian was on Thursday appointed as the chief economic adviser to the Indian government. The decision comes on a day when Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced new labour laws and his government picked Rajiv Mehrishi as the new Finance Secretary.
