In yet another case of piracy, songs from Simbu-Hansika's upcoming film have been leaked online.

It has become a regular scene in the Kollywood industry with songs from new films getting leaked prior to its official release.

Last year, Karthi's "Biriyani" songs were illegally leaked online. Following this, the "Biriyani" team filed a police complaint and the miscreants were booked. Later, the album was officially launched without much fanfare.

Now, the "Vaalu" team has become the victim of this illegal act. It seems that five songs from the film are leaked online, upsetting the "Vaalu" team as well as STR's fans. The quality of the songs appears to be of high standards and it looks like an insider has leaked it online, sources told Behindwoods.

"Vaalu," a romantic comedy entertainer, has been in the making for more than a year. However, for the last few months, the film's shooting has been progressing at a brisk pace. The release of the songs has put the team in a state of shock.

It appears that "Vaalu" makers will launch the audio at the earliest, possibly in the coming week. But, an official confirmation on the same is still awaited.

"Vaalu," produced by SS. Chakravarthy of Nic Arts, will have Santhanam, Brahmanandam, Aditya, Aadukalam Naren and Ganesh in supporting roles. The film's cinematography is handled by Shakthi, whereas editing is done by TS. Suresh.

The Simbu-Hansika starrer is gearing up for its release on 1 May, which happens to be Thala Ajith's birthday.
