Aamir Khan and Salman Khan, the best buddies in B-town, have proved that they will do a lot for each other.

After Salman promoted "Dhoom 3", now it's Aamir's turn to promote Salman's upcoming flick "Jai Ho".

Aamir does not tweet too often, and takes to Twitter only during films promotions. However, the actor showed up on the micro-blogging site on Sunday and posted about Salman's new film "Jai Ho".

Aamir had earlier stated that he is looking forward to "Jai Ho" and will promote the film in every possible way.

"I would definitely like to do everything I can to promote his film. The thing about Salman is that I don't even need to do that, he is such a powerhouse of a star. But nevertheless, I am going to be with him at every step and whatever he needs done would be done," Aamir said during a "Dhoom 3" press conference in December.

Last year, a few days before the release of "Dhoom 3", Salman promoted the film in an episode of the controversial show "Bigg Boss 7". Apparently, Aamir gave his signature "Dhoom 3" bowler hat to Salman, and asked if he could wear it during any event to boost the promotions.

"Jai Ho", a remake of Telugu film "Stalin", will hit silver screens on 24 January. The film, directed by Sohail Khan, was earlier titled as "Mental" but was changed to "Jai Ho" after father Salim Khan suggested so.

The action drama marks the debut of dancer Daisy Shah as an actress, and also features Tabu and Danny Denzongpa in important roles.
