Chinese smartphone vendor, Gionee has unveiled the company's new flagship phablet, Elife E7 in Shanghai.
The new Elife E7 sports a 5.5 inch screen boasting of OGS (One Glass Solution) display technology with pixel density of 400 ppi (pixels per inch) and is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 shield.
It runs on the Android v4.2 Jelly Bean, with custom UI Amigo v2.0 on top of the primary OS and packs 2.2 GHz Snapdragon 800 series CPU with Adreno 330 graphics engine, 16.0-megapixel camera and 8.0-megapixel front-facing camera, 2500 mAh battery.
The company has said that the new device will be made available in three variants- 16GB (with 2GB RAM) - 2699 CYR (around ₹27,610); 32GB (3GB RAM)- 3199 CYR (around ₹32,725); and LTE model with 32GB+3GB RAM storage space- 3499 CYR (around around ₹35,800).
The flagship phablet will go on sale in the home market, China next month, and it will later hit Indian markets in January 2014, reported BGR
