Samsung released its Galaxy Tablet 3 in July and sets back buyers by ₹16,500.

It features a 7 inch display along with a screen resolution of 1024x600 pixels. The body of the tablet is 9.9 mm, which is a little thicker than the canvas tab. The Galaxy Tab 3 runs on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and it also features Samsung's very own TouchWiz user interface.

The flagship device is powered by 1.2 GHz dual core processor and it has an internal storage capacity of 8GB, which can be expanded up to 32GB with a microSD card slot.

Just like Canvas Tab, Galaxy Tab 3 also has SIM connectivity along with 3G network and there is a facility of WiFi, Bluetooth and the USB connectivity as well.

But, the tablet seems to lose some points when it comes to the camera front as the device just has a 3 megapixels rear facing camera along with a 1.3 megapixels front-facing camera. The battery of the device too has a smaller capacity compared to Canvas Tab. Tab 3 boasts of a 4,000 mAh battery.

After comparing both the devices, it appears that each has its own benefits but Micromax Canvas Tab P650 scores better in most of the specifications.
