South Korean electronics company Samsung is reportedly working around the clock to bring its entry-level smartphone Galaxy Frame meet the February launch date.

Galaxy Frame will be introduced at Mobile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona and the device is expected to hit the stores by the end of the first quarter of 2013, reported technology website SamMobile.

The website also revealed that Galaxy Frame is expected to feature specifications similar to Galaxy Ace and Galaxy Mini (Indian variant: Galaxy Pop). The smartphone will likely come in only Pearl White colour.

The biggest advantage that Galaxy Frame may have over its two siblings is the upgrade in the operating system. While the other two devices come with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) out-of-the-box, this one is expected to be rolled out with Android 4.1 or even Android 4.2, said The Times Of India.

Few days back, Samsung unveiled a 5.0-inch mid-range smartphone, Galaxy Grand, on its website.

Speculations are rife that Samsung is planning to launch mid-range smartphones, Galaxy Grand and Galaxy Young, along with Galaxy Frame at MWC in February.

The Mobile World Congress is annually held in Spain. The 2013 mobile show case event will be held during February 25-28 in Barcelona.
