General Motors India on Thursday launched its all new Chevrolet Spark with a price tag starting from ₹3.26 lakh.

The revamped Spark hatchback will be available in five variants which include both petrol and LPG versions. The all new Spark gets several additional features apart from its basic model.

"The introduction of the all-new Spark reinforces GM's commitment to continually roll out new and upgraded products ...," General Motors India President & Managing Director Lowell Paddock said in a statement.

The Chevrolet Spark gets a new look with the Chevy Signature Twin Port Grille in the front and with the Glass Jewel Effect Headlamps. It is introduced with changes in its tail Lamps and Roof Rails. The interiors of the car features spacious headroom and legroom along with the enhanced design of dash and decor. It is powered by the same SMARTECH 1.0-litre 63PS 4-cylinder engine of its predecessors but has been improved in performance and fuel Efficiency. The company claimed that the car has a mileage of 18 Kilometer per liter with improved engine.

The new car also features a 2-Din music system with USB and AUX functions. This entry level small car also features Power Windows which is new to the Spark segment cars. The safety features of the car include Fog Lamps, X-PRO Safety System and Rear Reflector Tail Lamps. The updated version of Spark is priced up by Rs.10,000 than its predecessors.

The base petrol variant of the new car is priced at ₹3.16 Lakh and the top end model is priced at ₹3.81 lakh. The PPG variant is priced between ₹3.81 lakh and ₹4.10 lakh. The cars will be available in six body colors which include Sandrift Grey, Linen Beige, Caviar Black, Velvet Red, Misty Lake and Summit White.
