Drew Barrymore had the wedding, and the wedding dress, of her dreams when she married beau and father of her baby, Will Kopelman.

The wedding was a spectacular affair held in the backyard of the actress' $5.7 million Montecito, Calif., home. The feel was "vintage romantic," according to People magazine, and her dressed matched that aura perfectly.
Barrymore looked absolutely stunning in the dress, designed by Chanel's Karl Lagerfeld. "I think she looked beautiful and it fit her strong personality," Lagerfeld told InStyle.com. "We did what we could do for a woman pregnant."
Choosing Lagerfeld as the designer of her wedding dress was no accident. Barrymore's husband is the son of former Chanel CEO Arie Kopelman. Lagerfeld has known Will since he was a child.
So what did Barrymore's Chanel wedding dress look like?
Earlier this year, the 37-year-old actress told InStyle.com that she wanted "something tasteful, something timeless," and that is exactly what she got.
The blushing bride wore a custom muslin and organza pleated gown, tailored to her pregnant physique during fittings in Paris and Los Angeles, according to People magazine. The ruffled neck of the gown was one of the most striking and most unique aspects.
Of course, the gown was custom-made for the pregnant actress herself, but one cannot help but notice similar motifs seen in the 78-year-old's Resort 2013 collection. Lagerfeld transformed formal eighteenth-century details into twenty-first-century trends, notes Style.com. Frothy ruffles, exquisite collars and ladylike charm are what Lagerfeld does best. Although Barrymore's dress might not have squeezed into the "Versailles in a Socialist France" category, the essence of Lagerfeld shone from the gown.
Barrymore's gown featured a skirt embroidered with tulle flowers and feathers. Barrymore
chose to accentuate, rather than hide, her changing body with a black satin belt.
"She wanted that," Lagerfeld added to InStyle.com. "I loved it. I love her."
Her veil was another personal-pick. "She wanted something traditional," a source close to the couple told People. "Even though there are things about her that are very modern, it's an old-world tradition she wanted to have."
Barrymore accessorized her wedding dress with (what else!) Chanel fine jewelry. Her baubles included the diamond and white-gold "Fil de Camelia" earrings and a vintage "Eventail" cuff, which features more than 14 carats of black and white diamonds, according to People.
When the sun went down and the temperature got chilly, Barrymore covered up with a black tweed Chanel jacket.
