Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda to Visit India

Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda will visit India at the invitation of his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh Dec. 27 and 28.

Noda would be accompanied by his wife Hitomi Noda, said the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Thursday.

This will be the 6th Annual Summit between the prime ministers of India and Japan since 2006.

The two prime ministers will discuss steps to enhance the India -Japan Strategic and Global Partnership.

In 2012, India and Japan will commemorate the 60th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations.
