A court today deferred the framing of charges against actor, Shiney Ahuja to October 7.
Shiney Ahuja, who was arrested for allegedly raping his domestic help at his residence in suburban Oshiwara., was today shifted to the state-run J J Hospital for treatment after he complained of acute back pain due to slip disc.
Actor, who was produced before the court was seen limping and taking the support of two constables as he was not able to walk.
