Indore, Dec 07 (ANI): MoS, HRD Shashi Tharoor said on Saturday that there is a difference between the state law issue and Article 370 and the only implication of Article 370 is that the gender equality is not applicable in J and K till the Kashmir Assembly passes it. He further said that the gender issue needs to be debated and article 370 in itself should not be debated. He also said that article 370 will stay as long as democratically elected Kashmiris want it to stay.
