"Arrow" Season 3 ended on a cliffhanger in episode 15, titled "Nanda Parbat", wherein Ra's al Ghul (Matthew Nable) offered the most prominent seat of his kingdom to Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell). Now, fans are eager to know the decision of their favourite character, which will be revealed in episode 16, titled "The Offer".

But, The CW has just disappointed its viewers with no new episode of the supernatural series this Wednesday. So they will have to wait until 18 March to know more about the developments in the storyline.

Meanwhile, the trailer of episode 16 indicate that Queen will finally decide to take up the offer and turn himself into a new villain of  Starling City.

The 30-second-long sneak peek video begins with the voice of Ra's al Ghul in the background. He said, "Oliver Queen is a man destined to be alone. Your city will turn on you, your closest allies will call you a criminal. You will be scorned, and hunted, and then killed. But I can give you a whole world to save. There is more than one path to justice." And the clip ends with a shot of Queen, wherein he says, "May be I should be Ra's al Ghul."

However, synopsis of the upcoming episode reveals a different story on the future of billionaire playboy and Starling City. According to it, Queen returns home to find a new villain whose crew has started terrorising Starling City. Michael Amar aka Murmur (guest star Adrian Glynn McMorran) i sthe new villain whose mouth has been sewn shut.

So it remains to be seen whether the saviour of the city will turn himself to a new villian or protect the city from Murmur.
