Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and TDP President, will reportedly launch audio of Nandamuri Balakrishna's upcoming film "Lion".

"Lion" is the next outing of Balakrishna after the huge success of "Legend". The film has been creating ripples in the media ever since it was announced. Rudrapati Ramana Rao, who has produced the movie, has roped in Mani Sharma to compose music for its soundtracks and background score.

Mani Sharma has recently completed the composition of music for "Lion". The makers of the film have planned to release its audio album on 9 April. They will hold a grand function for it at Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabad. The event is expected to be attended by many Tollywood celebrities.

Nandamuri Balakrishna, who is an MLA from TDP and has a good equation with party presedent N Chandrababu Naidu, has reportedly requested the latter to attend the audio launch of "Lion". The Chief Minster has reportedly agreed to take some time off from his busy political schedule to the function as the chief guest.

"Lion" is touted as an out-and-out action entertainer, which has been written and directed by debutante Satyadev. Balakrishna has reportedly played dual roles and one of them is a police officer. Balayya will appear in different get-ups in the film and his intense performance is likely to be the main highlights of the movie.

Produced under the banner of SLV Cinema, "Lion" features Trisha Krishnan and Radhika Apte as female leads. Archana is making a special appearance in the film. Chandra Mohan, Prakash Raj and Ravi Prakash are seen playing pivotal roles in the movie, which has Venkat Prasad's camera work.

Major portions of "Lion" have been shot in Hyderabad and forest areas near Vizag. Released on 31 December 2014, the first-look teaser of the film has garnered positive response, besides creating a lot of curiosity among the viewers. The movie is expected to release in theates across the globe around April last week.
