Music composer Anirudh's most-anticipated music video "Chance-Ey Illa" is all set to be released on 1 August at Express Avenue mall in Chennai. The young composer will be performing live for the song at the mall in the presence of scores of his fans.

"The date is here! #Chanceyilla releases on August 1st, 7pm at Express Avenue, Chennai..See you there :) Love, Anirudh," the music composer tweeted.

"Chance-Ey Illa" is a song celebrating the spirit of Chennai in its slang, reported the Times of India. The audio will be launched on popular radio station Radio Mirchi at 7 pm on 1 August.

This is the first time that Anirudh has worked on a music video that will not be part of any film. The song has been composed and sung by Anirudh himself and it is directed by Vignesh Sivan.

Anirudh achieved national fame through "Why This Kolaveri Di" song. Since then, there is no looking back for this young composer who became very popular with back-to-back hit albums like "3", "Ethir Neechal", "Vanakkam Chennai", "Maan Karate" and the recently-released "Velai Illa Pattathari."

The music composer has also won several awards including the SIIMA awards (2012) for sensational music director and Vijay Awards (2012) Best Find of the Year.

Anirudh has several upcoming projects in his kitty including the most-awaited "Kaththi", starring Vijay and Samantha. The audio launch of "Kaththi" is likely to happen on 20 September. Vijay and Samantha are expected to perform along with Anirudh during the audio release function to be held in London.

The composer's other film projects include Sivakarthikeyan's "Taana" and Gautham Karthik's "Naanum Rowdydhaan."
